Job Description:

Adroit Resources, Inc. (a Nisum company) is looking for a talented and Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

In this position, you would be responsible for B2B business development activities with a high focus on making Outbound calls and B2B emails to qualify new leads. This is a long-term position with opportunity for commission and growth within the company.


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lead qualification for the B2B sales team
  • Research accounts and identify key players
  • Achieve set sales targets
  • Generate & source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Qualify all leads, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Sales team
  • Route qualified opportunities to the On-Site Sales Manager for further development and closure
  • Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system (Salesforce)
  • Increase company market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Work with cross functional teams
  • Participate in regular meetings to share progress, identify blockers and improve performance

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1- 2 year of inside sales experience (Initial training will be provided as well)
  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day
  • Persuasive, hardworking and ability to close the sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet the target with the timeline
  • Comfortable with a business-to-business sales environment
