Adroit Resources is looking for an Admin Assistant for one of our premier clients in the Bay area.


Must Have Skills:

  • Daily advanced calendaring, meeting preparations
  • Schedule for interviews, internal teams, international guests
  • Book travel, accommodations, meal reservations
  • Assist with team events such as team-building off-sites
  • Secure Visa/other documents for international travel
  • Event planning and coordinating for internal teams
  • Accountable for company credit card receipts and expenses
